Terms and rules governing use of the site.

1. Parties

These terms of use govern the relationship between Mindvisor Education Group Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, which operates the mindvisor.ai site, and the person visiting it. By continuing to use the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, you should not use the site.

2. Description of the Service

This site is informational: it describes MindVisor's AI-powered academic solutions and the company's corporate consulting services, and offers contact and support channels.

The services presented on the site — academic support, AI-powered university matching, live teacher support, advisory services, application process management, data analytics and insights, along with custom software development, AI strategy and delivery, EdTech product development, data engineering, cloud architecture and cyber security consulting — are not delivered through this site. If you would like to receive a service, you need to contact us and the parties need to reach a separate agreement.

There is no sign-up, payment or ordering step on the site. A request for information sent through the site does not by itself create a contract.

3. Rules of Use

We expect you to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular:

  • Do not enter someone else's details or false information in the forms.
  • Do not use the site to send insults, threats, spam or unlawful content.
  • Do not send automated requests at a volume that disrupts the site, and do not scrape the content in bulk.
  • Do not attempt to access the site's infrastructure without authorisation, to get around its security measures or to test the system without permission.
  • Do not reproduce or republish the site's code, design or content without permission.

Where the site is used in breach of these rules, we reserve the right to restrict access by technical means and to pursue legal remedies.

4. Intellectual Property

The rights in the text, images, interface design and code on the site, and in the MindVisor name and logo, belong to Mindvisor Education Group Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi and TAC Software Ltd., or to the licensors that hold them.

You may read the content, quote briefly from it with attribution and link to its pages. Anything beyond that — reproduction, distribution, adaptation and commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links

The site links to our social media accounts and, on the contact page, hosts an embedded Google Maps frame showing the location of our office. This content is held on the infrastructure of the providers concerned.

The content, security and privacy practices of third-party sites are not under our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them. Before following a link, we recommend reading the terms of the provider concerned.

6. Limitation of Liability

The information on the site is prepared for general informational purposes and kept as current and accurate as we can; it is not legal, academic or financial advice for a specific situation. We recommend not basing your decisions on the site's content alone.

The outcome of a university application depends on the assessment of the institution concerned. Nothing on this site guarantees an admission, a scholarship or any other result.

We do not guarantee that the site will run without interruption or error; access may be interrupted temporarily by maintenance, technical failure or causes outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions taken on the basis of the site's content or from interruptions in access.

7. Changes and Suspension of the Service

We reserve the right to change the site's content, page structure and features without prior notice, to withdraw part of it from publication, or to suspend the site temporarily.

Such changes do not retroactively remove the rights you hold under legislation. If you have a request in progress, you can follow it up through our contact channels.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.

If you use the site as a consumer, the provisions of legislation on your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.

9. Effect and Amendments

These terms take effect on the date they are published on the site and remain in force for as long as they stay published.

When we update the terms, we publish the new text on this page and change the last-updated date at the top of it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms, so we recommend checking this page from time to time.
