We prepared this notice to meet the duty to inform set out in Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For the personal data processed on the mindvisor.ai site, the data controller is:

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes
The personal data we process on the site is limited to what you share in the contact and support form: name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject of your request and your message. In addition, your cookie choice is kept as a technical record.
This data is processed in order to assess your request and get back to you, to provide information about our services, to remember your cookie choice and keep a record of your consent, to improve the site through aggregate usage statistics where you granted performance consent, and to meet obligations arising from legislation.
If you browse the site without filling in the form, the only record processed is the one about your cookie choice. The site has no sign-up, payment or profile step.
3. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your form data is processed on the grounds of Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-f (legitimate interests of the data controller) and Article 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation).
Non-essential cookies and the measurement carried out through them rest solely on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. Withholding consent does not affect your use of the site, and any consent you give can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Transfers and Categories of Recipients
As a rule we do not transfer your personal data. As of today the categories of recipients are limited to the following:
- Employees of the company handling your request: the message you send through the form arrives by e-mail at the company's contact address.
- Google: only if you consent to performance cookies, Google Analytics measurement data is processed abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you do not consent, that transfer does not happen.
- Public authorities empowered by law: where a lawful request is received, in line with the conditions in Article 8 of the KVKK.
We share your personal data with no third party outside these categories. If the categories of recipients change, we will update this notice.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected entirely by electronic and automated means: the details sent to the site's server when you submit the form, and the cookies written to your browser. We collect no data through this site by verbal, physical or other non-automated means.
Form content is not saved to a database on the site; it is sent by e-mail and kept in the company's e-mail accounts.
6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
By applying to us as the data controller, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred.
- To request correction where the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- To request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the Law.
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- To object where a result to your detriment arises from analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
7. How to Submit a Request
You can send your requests in one of the following ways, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- In writing to the address above, with a wet-signed petition.
- Using registered electronic mail (KEP), a secure electronic signature or a mobile signature.
- By writing to info@mindvisor.ai from the e-mail address you previously notified to us and that is on record in our system.
Your request must state your name and surname, your contact details and its subject. Requests are handled within the period prescribed by legislation and free of charge as a rule. If you find our answer insufficient or receive no answer in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
